Yes, 100% free. The fee proposal tells you exactly what it will cost for us to produce your full construction estimate or quantity surveying report. There is no charge for the proposal itself and no obligation to go ahead.
We aim to have a fixed fee back to you within 24 hours of receiving your documents. For straightforward projects it is often much faster — sometimes the same day. If you need an urgent turnaround, WhatsApp Andy directly and he will prioritise your submission.
We accept PDF, DWG, DXF, RVT, IFC, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, JPG, PNG and ZIP files up to 50 MB per file. You can attach multiple files. For very large packages, email them directly to andypage@pagebuildingconsultants.co.uk and reference your submission.
Yes. If you don't have formal drawings, describe your project in the form and attach any sketches, planning documents or photos you do have. Andy will assess what information is available and advise on the best approach. A preliminary estimate may still be possible.
We cover the full range — new build residential and commercial, extensions and renovations, groundworks, industrial and warehouse, mixed-use developments, fit-outs and refurbishments. If you're unsure whether your project qualifies, just ask via WhatsApp.
Absolutely. All documents and project information you share with us are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share your data with third parties and your drawings will never be passed on without your explicit permission.
Once you accept, Andy will confirm the scope and turnaround time. Full estimates are typically delivered within 3–5 working days depending on project complexity. You'll receive a professionally formatted report ready to use for tendering, budgeting or funding applications.
